@Jarmfield   If you are asking for help you do need to provide as much info as possible.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

But if you would like to explain a bit more we can help, if you are a new customer for example the first two bills will be higher as they cover a long date range as you can read about here:
