@Paisley1238  Refunds normally yake 6 weeks, you may need to call Sky unless your post is escalated.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
