I bought the Anthony Joshua fight on the 27th September via sky box office android, relized straight away after purchasing the event that it was on the android, cancelled straight away, had a message showing refund will be 3-5 working days, still waiting for the refund, what can I do?

I did eventually book the fight via sky q the way I thought I'd booked it originally.

Can someone please help
