My Sky Q mini no longer connects to our main Box (after big storm last Friday)

So the mini box doesn't want to connect to the main box. Keeps saying connecting sky q mini box then nothing happens. Go to setup and status and it says network connection is fine but connection to main box is X. 

 

So far I have tried unplugging box boxes and replugging In. Still same error code. 

I have also set both boxes standby mode to active. Still same error code.

 

Have followed all on screen instructions but still doesn't want to connect. I think next step is to get an engineer to come out.

@Beverleyd21It is unusual but not impossible that if there was lightning about it took out the mini box. It would usually be the main box or LNB.

As you suggested call sky to get an engineer to sort it out.
