Mini box and viewing card issue

Hello,

 

Recently returned to Sky, my 1st Engineer appointment for some reason got cancelled and my account closed. So I got things sorted over phone and got it installed a few days later than originally stated.

The engineer put new equipment in no problem, but after chatting to him decided to have an extra box in my conservatory as it's on offer.

This is where he found an issue with my account, seems after making a few calls when my 1st appointment was cancelled they shut down the account. So I was given a 2nd replacement viewing card, but my account is still showing old card number. He was unable to pair the new mini box to the main q box, he had to raise fault with call centre.

Told it would be rectified in 72 hours.

 

I've basically a mini box, not use able and not showing up in my subscription.

Tried calling, got transferred to tech help, on hold 30 mins. Hence why I'm here.

Anyone help?

@jamziii I have escalated this to Sky and hopefully they will come back to you, Private message or email, and be able to sort something out for you. Look for a blue blob bottom right of your screen.
