Moving house with sky wifi and mobile

When logging in to say I'm changing account it's asking me to book an engineer which I don't need as I don't use sky tv or talk. Is there a way to just change my address online for my broadband and mobile?

The only way to do this is by calling Sky from your Sky mobile on the free 150 number and ask them to change you address for both Sky Mobile and Broadband.

Mobile is just a change of billing details, but moving fixed-line broadband is an order placed by the ISP for Openreach to configure service at the new address (while ceasing it at the old one), and may require installer attendance depending on how it is to be provisioned.  Fixed-line broadband does not follow an ISP router around the Openreach network.
