Moving home

Please could someone help. I have searched online but can't seem to find anything.

i currently have untrafast plus broadband in contract till 01/2023 but I'm moving home in the next month or two. The max speed that line gets in the new house is 38mb.

How does this affect my contract? Do I have to pay an early exit fee if I just do a home move but can't get that package?

Hi @rob465

No you wont have to pay any fees. Since Sky cant supply the same service at your new address you'll be offered to move onto the Superfast (FTTC) service.

I am NOT a Sky Employee
