Moved house and Sky Broadband charge went up.

I moved house in June and the charge for Broadband has gone up. Both TV and broadband more expensive first month, which I understand because of billing period changes, but TV back to normal but broadband has stayed high.

@Doug+L  It's the first 2 bills that can be higher than normal, have you checked from month 3 yet?

@Doug+L Has a BB discounted deal now finished and you have started paying the full price. You would have been told the duration of this deal when it was set up. If so it's time to ring Sky and negotiate a new deal.

What about next months bill? If that isn't lower or where you expected it to be then you really need to phone Sky as only they will be able to explain the charges

Re: Moved house and Sky Broadband charge went up.

Future bill was also higher. I got in touch with Sky and it appears the joining discount had been removed when I moved house it requires a manual intervention to add it on again. Just noticed today I have also had Sky Talk Anytime Extra removed too as I have been charged for a local call. Will need to contact Sky again, they really need to add Chat again and other functionality back onto the on-line services.
