I ordered a mobile phone and paid £30 upfront fee which was taken out of my bank. I then got an order cancelling it stating I would get a refund which as you can see has not yet happened. I have attached screenshots from my online banking to show you. This is a disgrace and I have been clearly ripped off. Can somebody get in touch to arrange my refund as clearly stated in your email.

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no automatic contact from Sky.
Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise once the amount is showing as a credit on your Sky account if you call Sky they can manually process the refund in 3-5 working days.
