Not sure it needed a duplicate thread to be honest.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Anonymous  Yes, but then created a new thread 10 minutes after you commented in the TV Guide thread   

 

So as mentioned, not sure it needed another thread as it would serve no uesful purpose and would have either been moved or merged to stop cross posting.
