Mobile data usage

My mobile drops the WiFi (sky) and uses up data, whilst I am still in the house.

If you don't wat your phone to use mobile data then make sure it is turned off when not in use, as to why your phone is dropping Wifi that isn't going to be easy to answer so have you tried changing the channel it broadcasts on by logging into your broadband router to do this.
