Missing recording.

A few mo the ahi when it came to SkyQ I got A star is born extended version.

We (The family) went to watch it last night and it's no longer in the recordings and can no longer find it at all? I'm very sure I paid for this too. Although don't hold me to that, however was the extended version and we watched this regularly last time was a few weeks ago.

any ideas?

Paul

I have just checked and the most recent version is showing as on Sky Store.

Have you gone into your recordings and down to purchases? You mentioned that you paid for it, so it should still be available for you to view. If you didn't pay for it, then yes, the rights on Sky Cinema have probably expired.

If you paid for it then was it a purchased film because if so look in your purchases section, if it isn't there try logging in the Sky Store website here and if it is present then select it and use the send to a box option:

Hi @Maximusuk2   There are many reasons why it has disappeared. The programme rights may have expired or has been swept up in the automatic housekeeping if the disc is filling up. You can avoid the second reason by marking the recording as keep. Have you looked in the deleted section?

Re: Missing recording.

Thanks for the reply Quinn! I've just checked and it's full of my eldest daughters junk TV! Was 98% 290hn of gogglebox! I've checked deleted section and it's not there but also when using the voice to find a star is born it doesn't come up anywhere just the old movie, I'm guessing the rights have gone or something?
