Missing channels

Hi my sky q boxes keep loosing channels on the tv menu and its not recording my series link programs and im having to reset the box every other week, please can anyone tell me why this is happening so often.

@Frisky75Looks as though the box is beginning to fail possibly the hard drive, I would speak to Sky who will either come out to sort the problem or send a replacement box.

Make sure you tell them what you have done already or they will have you doing it all again.
