Missing channel

So lately all my music channels seem to be messed up. On the Magic channel it plays the box and on kerrang it plays the box also... what do indonto fix this??

@stephi192 There is nothing you can do, there was a fire at the distribution centre run by Red Bee Media who are responsible for those channels(plus channel 4 and 5), they are still working on fixing the issues the fire supression system caused.

Must've been a towering inferno of a fire if they still haven't fixed it...🙄

I agree that it could be an issue with relacement parts.

 

Towrds the end of July, I asked Sky about getting a 2TB UHD/HDR box and they did not have any available due to availability problems. Sky finally did get the parts needed  when I asked towards the end of Septmber.

 

PS5 & Xbox One X are hard to get a hold of due to supply issues.

The responses above explain what the issue is, no customer can resolve it as it is down to the channels themselves.

I have spoken to Sky and they are aware of this problem that has been ongoing for 3 weeks. They are stilll working on it. From the sounds of it they don't know what has gone on. They will hopefully have this resolved as soon as they can
