Misleading emails

Screenshot_20220129-115516_Gmail.jpg

I just wanted to raise an issue with misleading information. Had this email about what's on this weekend on skysports and it goes on to list various events. The one that stands out is the west indies England T20 cricket on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th, under the picture it says on SKY SPORTS CRICKET channel. But when you look up the TV guide it isn't on sky sports cricket it is on BT sport which you have to pay another big premium to get. I feel this is very misleading information to be emailing out and it raised my hopes that I could watch the final 2 games when actually I cannot. It also makes me wonder what I'm actually paying for, instead sky sports cricket is showing under 19 international games... at least its something I suppose

@M+Theaks You could email the Viewer Relations Team at viewerR@sky.uk although might be too late for something that's on today and tomorrow.

Hi @M+Theaks

Welcome to the Sky Community

Thanks for sharing this feedback. I think the advice you've been offered by our members is absolutely correct.

The only thing I'll add is that it'll be useful for those teams to also have the address that the email originated from - no doubt they'll ask for it to be forwarded to them anyway. 🙂
