Mini q box

My mini sky q box will not work the light stay on orange and does not do anything else I be tried turning everything off and rebooting it but still don't what to know can u help

Hi @Suzanne+m   Have you eliminated a problem with the remote by pressing the standby button on the box? You may have to initialise the remote by holding down 7 & 9 until the led flashes 4 times. If it then works you can pair it again.
