Mini box issue
issues with mini box's, i had the same issue before, engineer attended and seemed ok for a couple of a days, and since then on going problems, very frustrated.

@Chew28 You will have to give us a clue as to the issue if you want advise. In case you’re not aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here unless your post is escalated.

@Chew28 You can't delete your post I'm afraid. If you tell us the problem we may be able to assist or point you in the right direction, otherwise you'll have to call Sky again and arrange another engineer visit.
