I've had my glass (55" and one PUK) about 3 weeks now.
it's not been a flawless experience, but it's been better than Q was when it first launched. The last software update seems to have made the whole experience far better too.
My puck has been okay too, slow but getting better with each update.
The whole system has the potential to be fantastic and hopefully more reliable than Q, which for me was always having issues.

Same here and wish they would or did do like Netflix user style so you get playlists in person order so you can find your stuff not look though 99 pages of other people in the house stuff !

We had the same problem. Sky broadband was up for renewal so renewed the same speed and received a brand new sky hub. Since installing the new hub had no issues with the tv. Might be a idea to get the latest hub from sky. It's worked for us

You say get a new sky hub ? Does that mean you can the fast forward when watching something from itv hub it drives me mad if you record something stop watching you have to go back to the beginning and again can't fast forward so watch again and all the adverts
and you can delete of play list

Took delivery of my sky glass this week and been pretty much problem free, fire stick working, all the apps have been fine, no buffering, until today when I try to start my fire stick all I get is a blue screen, when I use the fire remote I can hear it flicking through the menu and I can see very faintly behind the blue screen. Anyone else had this before?

Our Glass s working better now. Still takes ages to think about things, but it gets there. Today took forever to start, including reboot but it's running ok. PUKS however........don't ask ! Spent an hour rebooting and rebooting and now miraculously they work........
biggest issue is the playlist.....aaaaarrrgh ! Nightmare '. It adds things I didn't add and I can't delete anything. Come on Sky, sort this. Pus the interface is badly thought through - needs a serious rethink.
sky, please get this all sorted. Not clever !

You can't fast forward on the itv hub. ITV won't allow sky to allow you to do this.
25 Dec 2021 04:44 PM
Yes, believe ITV and other refusing to allow Sky to fast forward through both adverts and programme trails.

I'm getting annoyed with it trying to watch a program and it drops and flickers or completely goes off

Adding my name to the list of people on here having the Glass freezing randomly or losing audio. Change channel and it comes back again. It's cabled in to a fast network with fibre broadband that I work on and have no issues with anything else on it.
27 Dec 2021 08:56 PM
Yes. Had all these issues. It's not great !
27 Dec 2021 08:59 PM
We too have proper Ethernet network. Our broadband is full fibre, over 1gbps and our Wi-Fi delivers minimum of 500mbps in most rooms. I have Peloton Tread and Peloton bike both streaming ultra hi def with none of the Sky glass issues. The Puks are even worse ! Total nightmare.

I'm all good here now so eventually they get you soughted
28 Dec 2021 08:43 AM
It's definitely getting better, BBC and ITV does not seem to have the same quality of integration with Galss as Skys own content or Chanel 5! when it comes to the 'watch from the Start' feature (i.e. modern day recording). Sky needs to help the BBC and ITV to catch up (literally)
