You need to change your marketing preferences in your Sky account. You can opt out of receiving emails, texts and flyers in the post.

In case you aren’t aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers. There will be no automatic contact from Sky as the result of your post on here.
If the unwanted messages are emails they should contain at option to opt out of them.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
