My children can't see their what's left of their data etc on their sky app. Only I can tell them. Can they get this info on their phones? We've linked to my account but they both aren't getting it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi @zxcvbnkelly the only way is if they install the my sky app but they will have to use your login details to access it.
