Hi there,
I've recently got a new phone & having to log in again to all of my apps. When I have logged into My Sky app, my mobile account isn't showing. Each time I try to resolve it (going online, linking account) it tells me the account is already linked. I've tried logging off & also reinstalling the app, but no joy. Can't manage my piggybank for the family... please help!
