Landline has not been working for a few weeks but internet is working ok. I'm only getting round to sorting this now, I've tried what sky help recommended but still not working.

Update - after troubleshooting on a private chat a fault was detected and an engineer booked to resolve

If your phone line is not plugged into the back of your broadband hub and if you haven't already, then run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Thanks I had already tried that. Nothing has been changed the line just stopped working.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
