Re: Kids tv
@Lorissa+White To have any packages removed you need to have given 31 days notice.
If you have only recently requested removal it may have been done after your bill was already produced.

We are customers here @Lorissa+White
You’ll need to contact Sky to reduce part of your TV package giving the required notice of 31 days if you are out of contract. If you are in a minimum term, you can't usually cancel TV contracts until that has ended. Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to a phone number.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
If you’re in the UK it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
If you’re in the ROI it’s only by calling or writing in.
