Keeping sky store purchase when moving to sky q

Hi. 
we have recently moved from sky to sky q. We where told we would keep our sky purchase, frozen 2 when moving to sky q. Can you tell me how I do this as when I search this film it comes up with a charge.

Did you purchase the Frozen 2 bonus edition, if so then you will need to contact Sky and ask them about this as you are not the first person to have issue with this bonus edition of the film. The different ways you can contact Sky Store can be found here:

If it helps when you contact Skystore,

if they are reluctant to give you the other (non bonus) version of Frozen 2  - you could remind Sky that when they take a version off the store, they are meant to make reasonable efforts to tell you they are going to do that

It must have come back this week when the DVD / Blu-ray option returned 

But still not on the Sky Q box

So @kvelvick should be able to access it on a device and send to box 

Will it allow you to do that @kvelvick  ? If you have a device on which you can access Sky store (other than your Q box)
