Keep getting message need to upgrade package?

I’ve just had Sky Q installed and have sky signature, sky sports, sky cinema and sky kids as part of my package. When I try to watch sky cinema and kids it says I need to upgrade my package. When I press the sky cinema upgrade screen it says you already have this package. I also can't get Catchup or on Demand even though these should be included.

There is a known issue with new accounts like yours so there is some advice here about what to do:

Sorted on 3rd discussion with Sky engineers. 1st discussion updated software but this made no difference. Second engineer said Catch up issue was well known and was being sorted but he tried to reset Sky Cinema but still didn't work. 3rd engineer went through a few things but finally he did "something" at his end. Left it two minutes and everything now works!!
