Justice is Grey

Anyone having difficulty downloading the 'grey' version of Zack Snyders Justice League?

 

I keep getting a 'download failed, no subscription' message although I have a movie subscription.

I tested this and it started downloading for me.

 

Could it be trying to download in uhd?

Shouldn't matter as I have a UHD subscription too.

@digglerthelegend Yes, I get the "No subscription" message.  So Sky have cocked up the release of this version as well.

Could the problem be with the uhd version?

Yeah same issue for me as well. Get an error when trying to download it in UHD even though I have the full package. 

They just can't get this release right. Ridiculous!

Yeah same here. I can download the HD version no problem but with UHD version I get the same message.

I've had a reply from Viewer Relations saying they are aware of the UHD download issue and are working on fixing it.
