Thank god I've found this thread, I'm on three too and having the same issue, some on demand things work others just say waiting to load, I can watch 8 out of 10 cats does countdown but not league of their own, home and away and some sky cinema films but some films load. It first happened about 2 month ago but then cleared up but it's been back again for nearly 3 weeks now. If i hotspot to my phone using my sky data everything works fine but its draining my data, good job i have lots in the piggy bank🤣 three have been no help what so ever. Hopefully the guys, and girls, at sky can get to the route of the problem and sort it once and for all.

Done some more testing on my end and called sky support no help but I have noticed that only HBO/ big American shows seem to be affected, think it might be a link between the data center they're hosted at and three

Just got sky stream yesterday and this is so frustrating.
Can I get sky q to replace my sky stream?

I received my sky streaming puck yesterday and I have problems too, it keeps saying wait for programme to load.
I have a 3 5g router.
I hope sky can solve this soon or I will have to cancel my subscription

Just to let you know that I have connected the sky puck to virgin media broadband(I had cancelled my subscription with virgin and switch to 3, but still had a few days left) and it works perfectly now.
So in my view it is clear that there is a problem with the 3 router connecting to the sky puck.
It is a shame that sky had not acknowledge this problem when calling yesterday.
I hope they can work on this to get it fix ASAP

@Jporch316 , It was listed as this and someone merged it with an old post which is why it does not say 3internet, I cannot see how to change the title

Sorry for jumping on this thread but are any threads regarding this investigation in 5G streaming problems? I'd like to follow them
I have 5G home broadband using a ProRoute NR550 router with unlimited data on 3 and I am having problems with my SkyQ setup.
Thanks

@Dedisense how are you using the VPN and is there a speed drop and do you have to pay for the VPN?
06 Nov 2022 09:46 PM
Router is connected to VPN within the settings menu.
Yes - I am paying for the VPN, but I had it before. Just decided to try it today through the router.
No noticeable speed change.
