Did you sort it from your end ?
25 Oct 2022 10:15 PM
I haven't yet; but someone is supposed to be calling me back tomorrow.
I have narrowed it down more since though, and it gets weirder!
a) I only get the problem with my Three 5G broadband, and...
b) it only manifests itself with current series - for example, I can watch series 1 of Gangs of London fine, but not series 2. Likewise, I can watch all previous series of Buzzcocks or ALOTO, but none of the current series!
I'm hoping I can feed that back to sky tomorrow and it gets to someone that can make some sense of it

Im also with Three 5g and had Mesh as stated , but switched to my BT back up which is less than 8mbps and it did not work either ,

For me its fine if I tether the pick to my phone (voda), but if I do the same with the Three SIM in my phone it stops working again
Interesting you're with Three also.. that's some commonality at least

I should add, I'm not normally tethering... My broadband uses the Huawei router supplied by three

I have their Cpe pro2

I also have the same problem with Three. I had to switch to EE. I suspect it might be to do with the carrier grade NAT Three use. I have had problems with other non standard network connections in the past.

Mine was working fine of three until a week or so ago , maybe the latest update has messed with it ?

Ok I seem to be in the minority as I'm with Virgin BB although I am using an eero mesh network, could that be the common denominator here? What mesh are you guys using? Interesting that if I connect the Glass to a hotspot from my mobile, it doesn't freeze.

@Derang Linksys
26 Oct 2022 02:02 PM
@Derang Are you using bridge mode ?
26 Oct 2022 02:03 PM
@Dazzar51 ok that bursts that bubble 🙂 frustrating trying to get to the root of this. Think I might disconnect my mesh and rebuild the network, see if it resolves it.
26 Oct 2022 02:04 PM
@Derang I was in bridge and took that off and it worked for a few days then it came back and now neither work,

My virgin hub is setup in modem mode and connected to the gateway mesh node via Ethernet and the mesh handles all the routing. Might try putting the hub back in router mode and see if it helps.
