We've been having issues with our Sky Q box, every time we change channel it goes to a black screen with technical fault. We have to switch the box on and off to get a channel back. This happens every time we change change, watch a recorded programme etc. As. We don't own the Sky Q box, can we get the box replaced?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@WAG7 has this always been a problem ? In answer to your question yes if you contact sky they should be able to swap our boxes.
