Issues watching sky entertainment channels

So we have recently joined sky and had signed up for the entertainment package as we was using now tv app before joining sky. Now when we wish to continue watch the tv series we love it keeps telling us to upgrade our subscription! But we are confused as we got the full entertainment package and we can't get access to the apps like nextflix we have gone through sky help and look on YouTube and googled things but cannot get a straight forward answer. I am going to try and ring sky tomorrow, so in the meantime if anyone has any suggestions would be much appreciated 🙂

If you have the Sky Signature package then you can view all on demand content including Catchup and Boxsets but in SD only unless you also have the HD package on your account, so have you tried selecting something in SD to watch.

Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
