Issues all accessing sky via our sky router

We all keep getting this when trying to log into sky or sky email using our sky router/wifi. (4 of us have sky emails in this house), yet we can get onto our emails/account, if we use our phones data/4g. (See the below where it says Access Denied)

Not helpful when we need to access our emails via laptops etc. Any ideas??

@basildonmum if you're using a VPN, disable it.

If not, turn off your Sky router at the plug for 30 minutes, then try again after it has restarted.

You may not need to wait 30 minutes, just check that your routers I.P. has changed after restarting the router.

this has only started today, strange that I cannot get my X Box One either
