Hello my sky isn't working says no satellite signal for four days

Try Sky's diagnostics here. If they don't  resolve the problem, give Sky a call to book an engineer who will investigate and fix it. If you're connected to a communal dish, contact your buildings management people as they're responsible, rsther than Sky.
