Re: Is this a scam?
Might be. It's easy enough to check. Are your services restricted? Check your Sky account for an outstanding amount of £26.

Re: Is this a scam?
What does your Sky bill show via the MySky app or online at Sky.com and have your services been suspended?

Re: Is this a scam?
I've also received the same email. Logged in to check my now closed account and there is this random outstanding amount. Billed between dates I haven't even been using Sky. Will be calling up to notify sky I won't be paying their random price for nothing. Especially as when I closed the account, the advisor on the phone explicitly told me everything was sorted and settled.

dot sky is a TLD owned by Sky Group through Sky International AG and they do use it as well as their other domain names
https://www.skygroup.sky/nic-sky
However, as is always the case with email, what appears to be the originating domain may well not be.

Bills are generated 14 days before billing date. If you still have an active account (i.e. not past the closure date) at that time then you are billed completely as normal - including the month in advance (as per the terms and conditions on your contract).
The advisor may have been 'mistaken' but refusing to pay makes things complicated. The following bill will generate the necessary credit and it should be returned to you within 6 weeks.
I don't agree with the process - but just telling you as it is.
