Won’t allow me to speak with advisor.

I'm looking to speak with an advisor with regards to my bill! However, every number that I call will not allow me to speak with an advisor until the bill is paid, I am massively massively disappointed with sky and how this is the only way possible of me trying to get some response from them! You should be able to speak to someone regarding your situation regardless of whether the bill is paid or not!

Sky might reasonably be massively, massively disappointed that you didn't pay your bill when it was due, nor let them know as a courtesy beforehand that you wouldn't be able to....!

@JessicaS94  Unfortunately if you have an outstanding balance then Sky want you to pay in full & setup a new direct debit, it would have been better to speak to them before your services got restricted.  You could try using a phone not linked to your account or putting 141 before the number you dial.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes thank you, I gathered that this was the case. I just think that is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age in the middle Of a pandemic that Sky won't let you speak to an advisor unless your bill is paid! Awful customer support and service for these current times!

It has to be asked why you didn't call them before the bill was due as you wouldn't have the issue if you were to have done this.

@JessicaS94 You appear to have two choices. Take the advice of @GD1 and try to contact Sky by the methods suggested or pay your outstanding balance in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your bill is 2 weeks or more late you will have to pay the next months bill as well as that bill will already have been generated.
