Is Sky Sports Mix still part of the basic Signature package?

Pretty sure that my father in law has just the basic Signature deal, should he still be getting Sky Sports Mix as part of this as he reckons it has "gone missing"??

As far as I am aware it is still available via Sky Signature.

When he says it has 'gone missing' can you find out exactly what the problem is -

Can he not find it in the programme guide or does he get a message to upgrade when he tries to watch or does he get some other message ?

@MPos1971 Sky Sports Mix did change channel number some time ago. It used to be in the general Entertainment section, but is now found in the Sports section on Channel 416.

It should still be available with the Sky Signature Pack.

He does not use the EPG but will tell him to have a hunt around, he is 84 I must add...🤣🤣🤣

hi @MPos1971 assuming he has a voice control remote he should be able to find it by just Saying "SKY Sports Mix"
