Interrupting viewing of programs

Hi hope you can help!

When watching my programmes it seems to pause the picture for a second then continue to play again , this can happen multiple times during a program but does seem intermittent.

What are the Signal Strength/Qualities in the Sky Box setting when it's tuned to an affected channel with this issue happening?
