@Abbey13 Flats are usually the most difficult when it comes to WiFi as there are usually many other networks in close vicinity.

First step would be to separate the WiFi bands and ensure your phones and tablets are using the 5GHz WiFi not 2.4GHz, which they are probably most likely using at the moment and it's probably very crowded and interference ridden.

The Sky test doesn't test the connection to your end device, as @Highlinder stated, it checks the connection to your hub/router from the street cabinet. That is the speed you are paying Sky for, and is what they are contractually obliged by.

@Abbey13 How are you measuring the speed through the other speed testers, as the speed Sky is showing you is to the router and not to a device.

@Abbey13In simple terms yes, as wanted to find out who you had gone about measuring the speed to your flat. As @JPR007  pointed out the speed to the router is what Sky are interested in and not to any of your devices.
