Internet down? Green light..no.light..green light..orange light

How can I get my internet back on green light no light green light orange light that's the order of my lights been like it for 3 hours

Can you run the Broadband Test from the MySky App or using this this link and post the results?

If there are any faults found, you should be able to book and engineer.

same issue here

9 am - no internet.

tried usual stuff

then switch off / switch on - 3 green lights.

Now however, issue of certain websites not connecting - randomly, and, subsites within website such as e-mail. Connections time out or are very slow.

Now as well on TV home page there are no pictures. TV service there but not the enhancemnts of pictures..

Also could not log in to First Direct on Edge, but could on Firefox - bizarre.

Seems to be a fragmented issue - certain websites, certain browsers, certain subsites within websites. Nothing is specific. But causing problems - t'other half needs to have an e-mail verified - but the link to the verification site tiems out and won't connect.
