@Highlinder it says its the connection between my telephone exchange or street cabinet. No option to book a technician but maybe a call up job? They replaced my external wire last year as it had an issue causing speeds to drop real low. Weird for it to happen again so soon.

But if you are unable to do it, then one of the Oracles or superusers can escalate this to Sky, but this would not be actioned on till tomorrow morning now.

What does it say in more about your connection re minimum guaranteed download speed?

@cookiemonsteruk my minimum is 37 so I'm above that it's just the disconnecting that's the issue. My usual mbs is 54-56 though.

disconnections and slower than normal speeds go hand in hand . Wanted to check to make sure
