I have recently changed back to SKY internet after leaving two years ago to swithc to Shell Engergy Internet. Over the last two years with shell i never had any issues with connection. Since joing back with SKY at least twice a day maybe more i am experiencing drops in my internet throughout the whole house and having to reconnect.
Never experienced these issues previosuly so unsure as to what could be causing the issue? Any help wouyld be greatly appreciated.
Below is a photo to show connections entering and leaving the router. When the intenret is working its absolutely fine just keeps dropping out, i have had it on occasions where it would do it every 5 minues.
