Internet Connection Issue

My main Sky Q box will not connect to my WiFi, a Sky engineer visited and advised that the issue was due to my connection is on a buisness line and said that as far as he is aware it has something to do with the packet size?

 

So what he did was create a wired connection which resolved the issue, the mini box also connects to the main box wirelessly. We do however have a hangover issue in as much as the main "wired" Q box periodically cuts of all wired connection to the internet I.E my PC, oddly anything connected wirelessly continues to work OK.

 

The only resolution to this so far is to disconnect the Wired connection to the main Q box, wait a minute or so and the connection is restored to my PC and then re-connect the Q box. Any ideas?
