Installation

Due to have installation on Friday, no bring put off.

The reason I went with sky was because of the installation time. I need this for work, no I'm going to be out of pocket for longer time unable to work at home. Can this be sorted?

You're not addressing Sky and working from home doesn't give you any greater priority. If a data connection is essential for workimg from home it is up to you to ensure you have some kind of backup to allow you to continue working.

You are after all using a domestic broadband with all the inherent Domestic SLA's

@Conor9696

If your service isnt activated when Sky said it would be you'll be entitled to compensation of £5.04 per day until its activated as detailed here.

Sky however will not compensate any sort of loss of earnings via not being able to work at home because they are not a business broadband provider.

Re: Installation

Do you not already have an internet connection at home ???

Your installation date being postponed is only a problem if you don't already have it; if you do then you will still be able to use your existing connection until the Sky actually do the installation
