Installation problem

Hello, 

 

An engineer came to my flat to instal/ plug in the Sky broadband, but he said the socket was not compatible so he could not install Wifi. How can I book another appointment with an engineer? ( I have tried going on "My orders" but it says "no order"). 

 

Or could I alternatively install it myself? Knowing the landlord assured me the socket is compatible...

What is the socket? Can you post a screenshot of the socket? Also what service did you order?
