I have the same issue on mine, albeit not as pronounced as yours. How do you go obout getting an escalation on here??

When calling follow the guided instructions on the call and do not leave the call, just hang on until you eventually get answered. If you are sent a text message during the call and asked if you wish to leave the call answer with 'NO'.
