You mean transfer your account to someone else? Sky don't allow change of account ownership,  I'm afraid

So what can I do? If I want to change the account from my ex as I have moved address.

If your ex is the account holder then they would need to cancel which once this has happened then you can sign up in your name as a new customer.

@Pendesk If, like you say, you have moved address, you can set up a new customer account and leave the old account with the account holder (your ex) to continue paying.

Obviously, this is an issue if payment for the old account comes out of your bank account.
