You can't cancel via here so providing you are not in a contract you will have to contact Sky to give them notice to cancel.
There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.
