I need Sky to help me to advise on how I can upgrade my TV signal from a communal aerial.

Worth checking if the block of flats have upgraded the communal satellite system, since my sister, who is also a Sky TV subscriber, can't upgrade her Sky+ HD box to a Sky Q box in her flat at the moment for that reason, I even notified that to the engineers when I had a Sky Q box installed in my home last year.

I have an SkyQ order (12 digit order number) from 11 November. Installation was not done because of insufficient signal strength. A neighbour with the same communal link had Sky returming to successfully amplify the incoming signal for SKyQ. I had no such offer from Sky. Trying to contact SKy either by phone or online is a nightmare. I'm a Sky VIP. Joke
