Why do you need to send this proof off, are Sky going to charge you for the "non return" ?

@Riley222 This is a customer to customer forum so Sky won't respond on here you would need to phone Sky to ask for them to send proof to you . Be aware that it is a third party that handles these returns so i'd hold on to your receipt
