I telephone has not worked for 12 days now, I was told it was an open reach problem and would be fix

Phone has not worked for 12 days I was told a week ago it was a BT problem, it still not working, all neighbors phones working and are supplied by the same pole, please help !!!!!!!!!

Sky can only update you with what Openreach have told them. If Openreach need to dig up the road they need to get permission from the council, so that and the recent storms with increase their repair times.
