Help with new Sky Hub
Hi there,
I am due to get Ultrafast in the next month or so and Sky said they would send me the new Hub that I can also use now to replace my Sky Q one.
I plugged it all in using new cables and also tried the existing ones, but no matter what I do the Internet light stays orange.
As soon as I plug my Sky Q Hub in it works straight away.
Any ideas please?
Thank you

You will need to use the old dsl cable. The ethernet ones are for full fibre fttp
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me

Hi there,
I tried that also but still just an amber light?
Tried both old and new ADSL cables.
Thanks
